    I have purchased 4 of these slides but only completed the machining on one of them. The material is easy to machine and the lack of any exterior features allows you to do exactly what you want. I did lighten the slide, ported the barrel and slide to match, added cocking groves in the rear and a reflex sight along with high sights. I have shot it and everything works, I just need to finish the frame work and get it cerakoated. I built it in 10MM.

    I have purchased 4 of these slides to use on Glock 20 frames (same as 21, regardless of what the person at Lone Wolf on the phone says.) They are perfect for doing a custom slide as there are no Glock standard features in the way of creating what you want. You just need a milling machine and your imagination. All of the internal machining is done so the internal parts can be added and it will shoot just as it arrives. It is a pity that Lone Wolf doesn't have any Glock 20 long barrels but they are available elsewhere. This slide is not hardened so it is much easier to machine than a Glock slide and it is a lot more cost effective than purchasing a complete upper in 6" from someone else. It is perfect for my uses in creating custom Glocks that are more than a coat of Cerakote.
