Warranty
Lone Wolf Arms maintains confidence in the level of quality, design, and expert workmanship incorporated into every product and component we sell. Therefore, Lone Wolf Arms extends a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer and design defects in all accessories and firearms we produce and assemble that are sold within the United States.
We pride ourselves on industry leading customer service and warranty support. Should an issue ever arise, we will repair or replace any affected items deemed to be covered due to defect in workmanship or material. Please note this does not include damage caused by hand-load, reload, or improper ammunition, unauthorized adjustments, repairs or modifications and failure to provide proper care/maintenance.
Please note that due to regulations and restrictions, we are limited in providing warranty services for product that has been exported outside of the U.S. If you are an international customer, please contact our warranty team so we can evaluate the ability to rectify your warranty. Lone Wolf Arms goods are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product(s). Lone Wolf Arms agrees to correct, by repair or replacement with a new or comparable model, a qualifying product without charge, if returned to Lone Wolf Arms. Parts used for replacement are warranted hereunder for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear of any parts or surface finish of any materials used in the product.
- This warranty does not cover defects in products that have been modified or altered from their original state. This warranty does not cover defects in products that have been repaired outside of Lone Wolf Arms’ facilities.
- This warranty does not cover defects resulting from the physical abuse to, or misuse of, the product or its operation in a manner contrary to the included instructions, including, but not limited to, failure to properly maintain the product.
- This warranty does not cover repairs related to reasonable use, corrosion, or damage/loss suffered during return shipment.
- This warranty is null and void if the product has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), used in a manner not consistent with the instructions, used with a firearm that it is not designed to be used with or compatible with, or if unauthorized repair or alteration has been done to the product, including of a cosmetic nature.
- Lone Wolf Arms reserves the right to inspect the product before making replacements or repairs covered by this warranty.
- Proof of purchase is NOT required for all warranty claims. This warranty grants specific legal rights to the purchaser and is fully transferrable.
Other rights may apply and vary from state to state. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. ALL DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL STILL APPLY EVEN IF THE LIMITED REMEDY OF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty has been drafted in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on clearance / blemished product. The severity of the blem can vary, but will not cause functional or safety issues.

Email is the preferred method of contact, as it accurately captures detail, provides a written record to refer to, and allows photos and videos to be sent.
Our department expectation is to return emails and voicemails within 2 business days. Please note that Lone Wolf Arms is closed for most major holidays and our sales team does travel for shows throughout the year. During these times, we may not meet this expectation, but will do our best to keep up. All firearm orders must ship to a FFL.

Customers must be 21+ years old to order a handgun or a pistol frame.

Orders over $250 for USPS or $500 for UPS/FedEx must ship via signature required.

First orders for customers must ship to the same address as the billing address. Subsequent orders may ship to a separate address.

Barrels are not covered for catastrophic failures (KB's) that occur as a result of reloaded ammunition.

Serial numbered item sales are final.

Warning! - Parts Purchasers! We recommend certified armorers install all parts. It is purchaser’s responsibility to be absolutely certain that any parts ordered are correctly fitted & installed. Firearms are complicated mechanisms andImproper Fitting of Parts May Result In A Dangerous Malfunctioning, Damage To The Firearm & Serious Injury To The Shooter & Other Persons. The purchaser & installer of parts must accept full responsibility for the correct adjustment & functioning of the firearm after such installation.
Returns, Exchanges, and Credits

Please allow up to 4 weeks for returns to be processed

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return costs must be prepaid by the customer.

Custom orders (including custom coating, machine work and other services), used barrels, and installed sights are final and no returns or exchanges will be authorized or accepted.

Closeouts and discontinued items are not eligible for return or refund. All sales final.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only when a Lone Wolf Arms (LWA) Customer Service Representative gives prior authorization and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Issuance of an RMA does not guarantee a full refund of product cost. This amount will be determined once the product is received and examined.

All returns must have the RMA form filled out and included along with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package or processing will be delayed.

New merchandise must be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the original unmarked and undamaged package in which it was received. If the merchandise or packaging is found to be used or damaged, the return will be subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be calculated based on the amount of damage to packaging/product.

All invoices paid by credit card will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. All invoices paid with cash, money order, or check will be refunded by company check. Under certain circumstances, an in-store credit may be issued.

Warranty issues are handled directly with the respective manufacturers. LWA is not responsible for providing a refund or exchange for products manufactured by another company.

LWA/LWD parts will not be accepted for return/exchange until inspected by a LWA Armorer.

LWA charges a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
- FFL items cannot be returned.
