LW trigger bar
This project afforded me the opportunity to turn my own slave pin on my drill press using a file and some 1/8 brass rod. Turned to .075” and polished. Tapped the roll/tension pin into place easily. Placed a very small drop of Loctite 290 on one side of the pin for good measure. Used 1000 grit sandpaper followed by some Flitz and a Q-tip to clean up spots on the trigger bar. The trigger bar was used in conjunction with an SSVI trigger: minimal slack to the wall, a hair of travel post wall, then a very clean break with no perceptible overtravel. Reset is delightfully short. Recommended.
