You might be surprised with this!
This was installed in a Gen4 Glock 20, and not because the original part was failing. I did also replace the extractor in a Gen3 Glock 19 (separate review) that WAS failing, and thought I might as well upgrade both pistols. The installation was simple, the fit excellent, and it's clear this extractor DOES function better than the OEM part. Brass is extracted with authority, and when dropping the slide on a round in the chamber (well, you have to try that even it it's not the best practice) this extractor kind of 'snicks' over the cartridge rim, and even if you ride the slide it does the same. My G20 now has an LWD threaded barrel, an LWD recoil spring, and soon an Elimin8r suppressor. Glocks are good, but you can make them much better!
